Our clinic uses the myIndici Patient Portal to make managing your health easy and secure.
With myIndici, you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, view test results, check your medical history, and communicate directly with our team — all from your computer or smartphone. It’s a safe and convenient way to stay in control of your health anytime, anywhere.
Our team will be on the other end, ready to help like we usually do.
Here's how to get started:
- Sign up — Simply click here to register for myIndici. Follow the prompts to set up your secure account.
- Activate your account — Follow the instructions sent to your email or text message to activate your myIndici account and set your password.
- Log in — Visit myindici.co.nz or download the myIndici app (available on iOS and Android) to access your account.
- Explore your portal — Once logged in, you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions, check results, send secure messages, and manage your health records with ease.

Disclaimer: Making payments on myIndici
When you pay with POLi, you’re paying with your regular bank account. That means the payment is authenticated and protected by your bank. Your confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party, including POLi.
We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Please note the following:
- Do not give out or share your account details, passwords, or any other confidential information – including on social media.
- We will never ask you for your bank details or personal information by phone, email, or text.
- If you suspect any suspicious activity or receive any communication that seems unusual, please contact your medical practice immediately.
- Within the system (once logged in), you can securely make payments using approved third-party providers such as Stripe, POLi or Windcave . We encourage you to review each provider’s terms for further details on their services.
Remember: Team indici will never ask you for your bank details or personal information.
