How it works
You can book an appointment from the messenger here on our website. Click the icon down there in the bottom-right of the page to launch our digital health messenger.
Our messenger is available from our website, and on a mobile app (links below).
Using the messenger means you can get same-day service without making an appointment.
Chat consults, appointment bookings, prescriptions, and your lab results are all available from the messenger.
Our team will be on the other end, ready to help like we usually do.
Here's how to get started:
- Launch the messenger
- Select “Create Account” and enter your details (or login if you already have an account)
- Tap the Select Service button, then Book Appointment
The first time you use the messenger to book an appointment, consult or order a repeat prescription, we will need to verify your account.
- Add a photo of your ID and your NHI (if known)
- Our team will verify your account
